Target 16.10 of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) calls on all states to adopt legislation or policies guaranteeing the right to information, which is essential not only for the achievement of Goal 16, but is an enabler to achieving other SDGs. We’ve been monitoring progress on this Target since the adoption of the goals in 2015.
This event is hosted by the Civil Society Platform for Peacebuilding and Statebuilding [CSPPS]/Cordaid, in collaboration with Namati, Peace Direct, Article 19, TAP Network and World Vision.
You can register for the event here. Registered participants will receive an email from the organisers ahead of the meeting with the Zoom link needed to join this event.
