ဤကြေငြာချက်အောက်တွင် လက်မှတ်ထိုးထားသော အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ ကုလသမဂ္ဂ လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီ နှင့် ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများသို့ မြန်မာပြည်သူများမှ ၎င်းတို့၏အစိုးရအား ဒီမိုကရေစီ နည်းလမ်း ကျစွာ ရွေးချယ်ပိုင်ခွင့်ကိုပိတ်ပင်စေခဲ့သော ၂၀၂၁ခုနှစ် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၁ ရက်နေ့ စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းမှု အပေါ် တုန့်ပြန်သောအားဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအပေါ် ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာလက်နက်ပိတ်ပင်ခြင်းတစ်ခုအား အလျင်အမြန် ချမှတ်ရန်တောင်းဆိုလိုက်သည်။ လက်ရှိဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသော လူ့အခွင့်အရေးချိုးဖောက်မှုများ၊ ရိုဟင်ဂျာများ နှင့် အခြားတိုင်းရင်းသား လူနည်းစုအုပ်စုများအပါအဝင်၊ စစ်အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးအား ငြိမ်းချမ်းစွာ ဝေဖန်သူများအပေါ် လုံခြုံရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့များ၏ စိုးရိမ်ဖွယ်မတရားဖိနှိပ်ခြင်းများကြောင့် ကျွနှ်ပ်တို့၏ စိုးရိမ်မှုကို ပိုမိုမြင့်တက်စေပါသည်။
ကာကွယ်ရေးဦးစီးချုပ် ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှူးကြီးမင်းအောင်လှိုင်၏အောက်တွင် မြန်မာစစ်တပ်သည် နိုင်ငံ၏ ရွေးကောက်တင်မြောက်ထားသော အရပ်သားခေါင်းဆောင်များအား ဖမ်းဆီးထိန်းသိမ်းခဲ့ပြီး၊ ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် နိုဝင်ဘာလ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲများ၏ ရလာဒ်ကိုပယ်ဖျက်ခဲ့ပြီး၊ အရေးပေါ်အခြေအနေအကြေငြာကာ၊ နိုင်ငံတော် စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်ရေးကောင်စီကိုဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့သည်။ ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၁ရက်နေ့မှစတင်ပြီး စစ်အစိုးရသည် ဆန္ဒပြပွဲများတွင် အလွန်အကျွံနှင့် တခါတရံတွင် လူကိုသေစေနိုင်သော အင်အားအသုံးပြုမှုများကို တိုးမြင့်သုံးစွဲခဲ့ပြီး တက်ကြွလှုပ်ရှားသူများ၊ သတင်းထောက်များ၊ ကျောင်းသားများနှင့် အရပ်ဖက် ဝန်ထမ်းများအား ခြိမ်းခြောက်ခဲ့ပြီး၊ ဥပဒေမဲ့ဖမ်းဆီးထိန်းသိမ်းခဲ့ကာ၊ အလှည့်ကျ အင်တာနက် ပိတ်ပင် ခြင်း တို့ကို ချမှတ်ခဲ့သည်။
အာဏာသိမ်းပြီးရက်များအကြာတွင်၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂအထွေထွေအတွင်းရေးမှူးချုပ် Antonio Guterres မှ “ဒီအာဏာသိမ်းမှု အရေးနိမ့်စေဖို့အတွက် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအပေါ် လုံလောက်တဲ့ဖိအားပေးမှုတွေ ဆောင်ရွက် နိုင်ရန်အတွက် အဓိကနိုင်ငံများနှင့် နိုင်ငံတကာအသိုင်းအဝန်းတို့ကို ဆော်သြစည်းရုံးဖို့အတွက် ကျွနှ်ပ်တို့ လုပ်နိုင်သမျှ အားလုံးလုပ်ရမယ်”ဟု ပြောကြားခဲ့သည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆိုင်ရာ ကုသမဂ္ဂအထူးသံတမန်မှ စစ်တပ်အပေါ် ပစ်မှတ်ထားဆောင်ရွက်သော ကုလသမဂ္ဂအရေးယူမှုနှင့် လက်နက်ပိတ်ပင်ခြင်းအတွက် တောင်းဆိုခဲ့ပြီး၊ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးဆိုင်ရာ ဒုတိယမဟာမင်းကြီးမှလည်း အာဏာသိမ်းခေါင်းဆောင်များ အပေါ် ပစ်မှတ်ထားသော ကုလသမဂ္ဂအရေးယူမှုများ ချမှတ်ခြင်းအတွက် ထောက်ခံခဲ့သည်။

လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီမှ အရေးယူသည့် အချိန်အထိ၊ ကုလသမဂ္ဂအဖွဲ့ဝင်နိုင်ငံများအနေဖြင့် လက်နက် ဆိုင်ရာပိတ်ပင်မှုအား တကမ္ဘာလုံးအတိုင်းအတာနီးနီးအထိ ကျယ်ပြန့်စေရန်ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသို့ လက်နက်များနှင့် ဆက်စပ်ပစ္စည်းများအား ရောင်းဝယ်ခြင်းနှင့် အခြားလွှဲပြောင်း ခြင်းများအား နိုင်ငံတော်အဆင့်နှင့် ဒေသဆိုင်ရာအဆင့်များတွင် ပိတ်ပင်ရန် အစီအမံများကို ချမှတ် သင့်သည်။
ဆယ်စုနှစ်များစွာ၊ မြန်မာလုံခြုံရေးတပ်ဖွဲ့များ မှ ကျူးလွန်သောရာဇဝတ်မှုများအပေါ် လုံခြုံရေးကောင်စီ ၏ တုံ့ပြန်မှုသည် လုံလောက်ခြင်းမရှိခဲ့ပဲ၊ စစ်တပ်မှ ပြင်းထန်သော နောက်ဆက်တွဲအကျိုးဆက်များကို အကြောက်အလန့်မရှိပဲ မတရားပြုကျင့်မှုများကို ဆက်လက်ကျူးလွန်ရန်အတွက် ရဲဆေးတင်ပေး သကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်စေသည်။ လက်ရှိအရေးအခင်းသည် ထိုအနေအထားအားပြောင်းလဲရန်အတွက် တောင်းဆို နေသည်။
