Bu karar, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de gazetecilerin \u00f6zg\u00fcrce haber yapma hakk\u0131n\u0131 tehdit ediyor. Ayn\u0131 zamanda, halk\u0131n do\u011fru bilgiye ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rarak demokrasinin i\u015fleyi\u015fini olumsuz etkiliyor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki yetkililere, gazetecilere y\u00f6nelik tacize son vermeleri i\u00e7in acil \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunuyoruz. Mumay\u2019\u0131n davas\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z gazetecili\u011fe y\u00f6nelik sistematik bask\u0131n\u0131n son \u00f6rneklerinden biridir ve bu durum giderek artan bir e\u011filim olarak ciddi endi\u015felere yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mumay\u2019a verilen hapis cezas\u0131n\u0131n onanmas\u0131na uzanan s\u00fcre\u00e7te ya\u015fananlar endi\u015fe vericidir:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">6 May\u0131s 2023&#8217;te Mumay, bir in\u015faat firmas\u0131n\u0131n \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;nin (\u0130BB) metro kredisine haciz koydurmas\u0131 ile ilgili sosyal medya payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 nedeniyle <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.birgun.net\/haber\/gazeteci-bulent-mumaya-1-yil-8-ay-hapis-cezasi-434849\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">20 ay hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Gazeteci karara itiraz etti, ancak itiraz\u0131 reddedildi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mumay\u2019\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmetle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 m\u00fcteahhitlerin s\u00fcrece dahil oldu\u011fu iddialar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/bulentmumay\/status\/1282238410430849024\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tweet&#8217;i<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> h\u0131zl\u0131ca engellendi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">20 May\u0131s 2024&#8217;te, ayn\u0131 konuyla ilgili ba\u015fka bir tweet&#8217;ine <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mapmf.org\/alert\/31795\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">eri\u015fim engeli getirilerek<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> habercilik faaliyetlerini sans\u00fcrleme giri\u015fimleri devam etti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">20 A\u011fustos 2024&#8217;te, istinaf mahkemesi 20 ayl\u0131k <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/bulentmumay\/status\/1825753255416148185\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">hapis cezas\u0131n\u0131 onad\u0131<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Onaylanan hapis cezas\u0131yla ilgili haberlere <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/yedi24yanki\/status\/1825796670975508702\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">eri\u015fim engellendi<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Bu a\u015famada Mumay&#8217;\u0131n tek se\u00e7ene\u011fi Anayasa Mahkemesi&#8217;ne bireysel ba\u015fvuruda bulunmak.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mumay&#8217;a y\u00f6neltilen &#8220;ki\u015fisel verileri hukuka ayk\u0131r\u0131 \u015fekilde ele ge\u00e7irme veya yayma&#8221; su\u00e7lamalar\u0131, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 gazetecili\u011fi sindirme stratejisinin bir sinyalidir. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">H<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">apis cezas\u0131 karar\u0131 ve tekrarlanan sans\u00fcr, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczerinde artan bask\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermekte ve siyasi ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 yap\u0131larla ilgili kamu yarar\u0131na haber yapmak isteyen gazeteciler \u00fczerinde cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir etkiye yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Mumay&#8217;\u0131n davas\u0131 tekil bir \u00f6rnekten ziyade T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z medyaya y\u00f6nelik kapsaml\u0131 bir yarg\u0131 tacizi ve sans\u00fcr uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Bu durum, bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve halk\u0131n bilgi alma hakk\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131n\u0131n uluslararas\u0131 d\u00fczeyde daha fazla g\u00fcndem te\u015fkil etmesi gereklili\u011fine i\u015faret etmektedir.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z Gazetecilere Y\u00f6nelik S\u00fcregelen Bask\u0131<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">B\u00fclent Mumay&#8217;a y\u00f6nelik sans\u00fcr ve hapis cezas\u0131 karar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki gazetecilere y\u00f6nelik yayg\u0131n bir y\u0131ld\u0131rma politikas\u0131n\u0131n son \u00f6rneklerindendir. H\u00fck\u00fcmet, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 gazetecileri susturmak i\u00e7in davalarla g\u00f6zda\u011f\u0131, sans\u00fcr ve finansal bask\u0131 gibi y\u00f6ntemlerle \u0131srarl\u0131 bir tutum sergilemektedir. Yak\u0131n zamanda ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmeler bu e\u011filimin ciddiyetini vurgulamaktad\u0131r:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Yasal Cezaland\u0131rma:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> BirG\u00fcn gazetesi yazarlar\u0131 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.birgun.net\/haber\/menzilin-kasasi-kitabinin-toplatilip-imha-edilmesi-istendi-537342\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u0130smail Ar\u0131<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> ve <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.birgun.net\/makale\/davaci-baron-537236\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Timur Soykan<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, organize su\u00e7 ve yolsuzluk hakk\u0131ndaki kitaplar\u0131 nedeniyle soru\u015fturmalarla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131 ve kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n toplat\u0131lmas\u0131 talep edildi. Bu, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 gazetecili\u011fi engellemeye y\u00f6nelik a\u00e7\u0131k giri\u015fimlerden biri oldu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Sans\u00fcr:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Gazeteci \u0130smail Saymaz&#8217;\u0131n, Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Hollanda Lahey E\u011fitim Ata\u015feli\u011fi g\u00f6revinden ayr\u0131lan Do\u00e7. Dr. Niyazi Kaya&#8217;n\u0131n yerine e\u015fi Do\u00e7. Dr. Miyase Koyuncu Kaya&#8217;n\u0131n atanmas\u0131yla ilgili haberine <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/freewebturkey\/status\/1815327681543545264?s=46\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">eri\u015fim engeli<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> getirildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Finansal Bask\u0131:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> H\u00fck\u00fcmetin ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 gazetecili\u011fe y\u00f6nelik sistematik sans\u00fcr\u00fc, su\u00e7lular\u0131n bile gazetecileri hedef alma cesaretini buldu\u011fu bir ortam yaratt\u0131. \u00c7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00f6rnek, uyu\u015fturucu baronu Duax Ngakuru&#8217;nun Timur Soykan ve K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 Kedi Yay\u0131nevi&#8217;ne kar\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131, 350.000 TL tazminat ve <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Baron \u0130stilas\u0131<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> kitab\u0131n\u0131n toplat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazeteduvar.com.tr\/uyusturucu-baronundan-timur-soykana-dava-gururum-incindi-haber-1697997\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">talep eden dava oldu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Bu dava, gazetecileri sindirmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan finansal bask\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bu vakalar, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Kamuyu ilgilendiren ger\u00e7ekleri g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131karan gazeteciler davalar, sans\u00fcr ve mali y\u0131k\u0131mla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalmaktad\u0131r. Bu uygulamalar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc, demokratik ilkeleri tehlikeye atmakta ve halk\u0131n bilgi edinme hakk\u0131n\u0131 tehdit etmektedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da imzas\u0131 bulunan kurumlar, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yarg\u0131n\u0131n, kamuoyunu bilgilendirdikleri i\u00e7in gazetecileri cezaland\u0131rmak yerine, \u00fclkede bas\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ihlal edenlerden hesap sormas\u0131n\u0131 talep etmektedir.
