O posto ficar\u00e1 vago em julho de 2014, quando Frank La Rue, da Guatemala, deixar o cargo ap\u00f3s dois mandatos de t\u00eas anos.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Essa posi\u00e7\u00e3o existe desde 1993 e continuar\u00e1 sendo crucial para proteger a liberdade de express\u00e3o e de informa\u00e7\u00e3o onde quer que existam maiores riscos.
