Cependant, comme les mod\u00e8les commerciaux des grandes plates-formes reposent sur la captation de notre attention et sa vente \u00e0 des annonceurs, <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/changing-america\/opinion\/581002-how-algorithms-are-amplifying-misinformation-and-driving-a-wedge\/\">leurs algorithmes sont con\u00e7us pour nous maintenir engag\u00e9s aussi longtemps que possible sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux <\/a>\u2013 y compris en amplifiant les contenus probl\u00e9matiques comme le discours de haine et la d\u00e9sinformation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les gouvernements ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 diverses propositions pour y rem\u00e9dier. de bien.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, alors qu\u2019elles pr\u00e9tendent r\u00e9guler les <strong>plates-formes<\/strong>, les propositions des gouvernements visent plut\u00f4t \u00e0 r\u00e9guler <strong>la parole des utilisateurs<\/strong>. Effectivement, les gouvernements demandent aux plates-formes de nous contr\u00f4ler et de d\u00e9cider quels types de discours sont \u00ab&nbsp;ill\u00e9gaux&nbsp;\u00bb \u2013 ou m\u00eame \u00ab&nbsp;l\u00e9gaux mais nuisibles&nbsp;\u00bb. transparence dans les d\u00e9cisions de mod\u00e9ration de contenu, et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les syst\u00e8mes pour r\u00e9soudre tout litige caus\u00e9 par ces d\u00e9cisions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les gouvernements <strong>ne devraient pas<\/strong> imposer aux entreprises de r\u00e9seaux sociaux une obligation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de surveiller le contenu.<strong> <\/strong>Cela conduirait probablement \u00e0 une censure accrue et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire au silence beaucoup trop de voix.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout cadre r\u00e9gissant la mod\u00e9ration de contenu doit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00catre strictement limit\u00e9 dans sa port\u00e9e. <\/strong>Il ne devrait se concentrer que sur les contenus ill\u00e9gaux (et pas sure les contenus \u00ab&nbsp;l\u00e9gaux mais nuisibles \u00bb), ne devrait pas s\u2019appliquer aux services de messagerie priv\u00e9e ou d\u2019actualit\u00e9, et devrait \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 uniquement dans le pays qui adopte la r\u00e9glementation.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>D\u00e9finir clairement les obligations.<\/strong> Celles-ci devraient inclure la transparence et l\u2019obligation de prot\u00e9ger la vie priv\u00e9e et de promouvoir la diversit\u00e9 des m\u00e9dias. que destin\u00e9es \u00e0 obliger les grandes entreprises de r\u00e9seaux sociaux \u00e0 rendre des comptes, imposent en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 une charge excessive aux plus petits services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Donner aux utilisateurs un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des recours efficaces. <\/strong>Ceux-ci devraient inclure des m\u00e9canismes de
