Sri Lanka: Authorities Should Investigate Threats

Press release concerning ARTICLE 19's partners in Sri Lanka, the Centre for Policy Alternatives, along with a number of other civil society actors and journalists, who received a threatening letter on 10 May 2005 from an underground group claiming to have murdered Tamil journalist Sivaram Dharmeratnam.
