Turkey arguing for the broad protection of political speech and narrow restrictions on hate speech. 22 Dec 1997 Book containing a collection of essays which examine international law on the regulation of hate speech, and the experiences of 15 countries which have legislation in this area. 15 Jun 1992 On behalf of the International Committee for the Defence of Salman Rushdie, this report argues for the abolition of the common law offences of blasphemy and blasphemous libel in Britain.
